Thank you for all the work you are doing Rico by documenting all this stuff so it can be accessed in the future. Thank you to Daniel Wimberley for the outstanding work he has done holding this enquiry to account.

Credit where it is due the BBC did a good package here explaining the problems with the alarming revelations identified by Daniel. They did the best they could trying to make sense of something that doesn't make sense and made a good job of it.

The most credit however must go to Daniel for the phenomenal work he is doing by discovering and highlighting these failings/contradictory statements of the COI. Hopefully this kind of media attention will put pressure on the COI to be that little more "open and informative." Victims/Survivors deserve nothing less.

BBC is being forced to cover this by political events unfolding in the USA.

Trump's administration goes after paedophiles, well over 1,500 arrests made nationally since trump took office - this being unreported by 'controlled' agenda driven US MSM.

Well done to BBC radio for airing these concerns. Is Deputy Pitmans or Advocate Sinels submission both hard to find on the website up for being destroyed?

The COI would like to say that Pitman's and Sinel's submissions are not relevant to the inquiries investigation. But will they dare?

Thank goodness for people like Daniel Wimberly
No surrender , a very good man.

Pitman's and Sinel's statements probably have ALREADY been destroyed. Or else redacted and redacted on order of Bailache, Birt and Glasgow that they are wholly unreadable.

Certainly Trevor Pitman's statement came and went more than once. Possibly related to his publishing the in camera debate. I think it is still on the site. (Just back from Edinburgh and trying to catch up on stuff.) In any event I have recently copied down all relevant material from the site. If any of it disappears I will put it up on my own site.

That does not solve the problem of what may have already been redacted nor of the gaps (eg Mr. K's submission, referred to in the oral hearing but was not on the site).
